Automobile Engineering

The public craze for ownership of an automobile never ends. The demand is increasing manifold every year. This situation has increased opportunities for trained people in automobile engineering. The course in Automobile Engineering therefore includes all the skills needed in the production, repair and maintenance of automobiles. Those who pass the course successfully can secure job not only as an automobile technicians, but also as vehicle inspectors or salesmen.

The revised KGCE Automobile Engineering(Govt. of Kerala) have a duration of two year offer job opportunities to securing quick and well –paying employment . This qualification is considered more or less equivalent to ITI Motor Mechanic and Diesel Mechanic , etc. and hence candidates can enter into Govt. Depts. As Auto Electrician, Charge man , Motor Mechanic , Foreman etc. Of course this course will give confidence to the candidates to open a services station or Automobile workshop of their own a way to go abroad to secure good job.
